Biography

Focusing on purchases and sales of small (under $5M) Massachusetts businesses, Jeremy works with buyer and seller clients from the initial letter of intent phase to the closing, advising clients upon all aspects of each transaction.

As a member and director of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and as legal counsel for the Business Brokers Association of New England, Inc. (BBANE), Jeremy has forged relationships with numerous business brokers and has established himself as an attorney who assists clients to “get the deal done.”

As the owner of Senior Attorney Match and having owned his own import/export and retail business, Jeremy understands the variety of legal and non-legal issues that business owners encounter on a daily basis.

Leveraging his business ownership experience with his knowledge of business law, Jeremy offers practical legal solutions to his business law clients.

Trained in collaborative law, Jeremy also offers dispute resolution services to business owners seeking to “break-up” without selling the underlying business.  Whether by representing the entity or 1 or more business owners, Jeremy offers clients a cost-effective, non-litigious means to effectuate business divorces.

In addition to Business Law, Jeremy assists clients with landlord-tenant matters, including resolving landlord-tenant disputes.
